Extra charges and payment terms
Deposit: We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In addition, the cancellation conditions listed below apply.
The cost of the final cleaning is included in the price.
Payment: Please pay in cash on site or by bank transfer.
Cash payments are only allowed up to an amount of 1.000,00€ according to Italian law.

Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival: Check in is at 14:00. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the holiday home is only ready for occupancy from 14:00. If you arrive late, we would be happy to hear from you.
Departure: On the day of departure, the chalet should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. If you would prefer to leave later, please send us a request.

 

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB 
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge - only the deposit will be retained.

In case of a cancellation in the period between 3 months prior to arrival and the arrival day, we charge following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price,
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks to 3 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price.

In case of no - show, cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival, or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
Therefore we recommend you to make a cancellation insurance. 

 

Consumer Protection
The guest must be explicitly referred to the norms art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) "costumers' code".
